Procurement Operations Specialist

This role plays a key part in delivering reliable, compliant, and efficient procurement operations services. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient procurement solutions.

  • Deliver procurement operations service delivery with focus on purchase order management, contract administration, helpdesk and user support
  • Process improvement and documentation
  • Helpdesk and user support
  • Stakeholder management and escalation handling
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field

Proven professional experience in procurement operations function, preferably within the asset management, banking, or financial services industry

In-depth knowledge of source-to-pay end-to-end processes

Ability to work independently with focus on results

Strong English communication and presentation skills

Experienced in digital and data-driven environments

Proficiency in MS Office and SAP Ariba

Microsoft PowerPlatform experience is a plus
