Job Overview

As a Technical Presales Consultant at Zoho Corporation, you will play a vital role in helping our sales teams close deals and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will be responsible for collaborating closely with sales, product teams, and partners to deliver a compelling value proposition for customers and close deals.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with Sales and Partner Teams across the APAC region to ensure successful sales closures.
  • Developing technical solutions (SaaS software) and delivering compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations.
  • Ensuring proposed solutions in the Statement of Work/Scope align with best practices and meet client requirements.
  • Responding to RFIs through the ticketing system.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field of studies.
  • 2-5 years of experience working as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Product Specialist, or Solution Engineer in a cloud-based B2B PaaS, IaaS, or SaaS environment.
  • Fresh graduates or individuals transitioning from another industry with the aptitude to learn are welcome to apply.
  • Strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive attitude.
