Job Title: Operations Coordinator/Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the resolution and documentation of issues, bugs, and SEVs across all projects. This role requires strong operational management skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of operational processes.

  • Standardize performance management, onboarding, and supporting team managers by ensuring timely feedback, coaching systems, and improving overall team performance.
  • Manage the internal and external knowledge base (FAQs, Operations Manual), collaborating with frontline teams who contribute to it.
  • Track bugs, SEVs, and issues across projects, ensuring their documentation and remediation are complete.
  • Monitor task management for best practices, coach teams on new initiatives, and review standardized metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  2. Support EYT-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management, project management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a solid attention to detail.
  • Data analysis tools proficiency, including Excel and basic SQL.
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and resolve complex issues with practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in written communication, speed, and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with customer communication tools, task management tools, Google Drive, and email.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality commitment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • Flexibility to work US Pacific Time hours with a one-hour break.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with issue tracking and remediation processes.
  • Proficiency in using Asana or similar project management and documentation tools.
