We're seeking an analytical Financial Operations Specialist to support cross-functional teams by streamlining workflows, managing datasets, and driving process enhancements. This role involves working collaboratively with departments like finance, sales, HR, and IT to ensure data accuracy, optimize operations, and uphold quality standards.

">What We're Looking For">
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field.
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools.
  • A 'can-do' mindset, with high energy and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Familiarity with or curiosity about AI-powered tools for automation and efficiency is a plus.
  • Interest in operational efficiency and process optimization is an asset.
