Support Operations Specialist

Manage daily operations and provide high-quality service to ensure efficient inquiry handling.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Manage and monitor lesson operations.
  2. Handle and resolve inquiries within service level agreements.
  3. Document all transactions accurately.
  4. Resolve lesson disruptions to ensure continuity.
  5. Share and gather urgent information with support teams.
  6. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Communications, Sociology, Psychology, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to manage multiple support tickets simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong team involvement.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Work-from-home setup until December 2025.
  • Bi-annual appraisal, performance-based rate increase, and bonus.
