Financial Operations Specialist

A highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist is required to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong bookkeeping skills, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, and excellent organizational abilities.
This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, and reconciling bank and credit card accounts regularly.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a retail or e-commerce setting, preferably in the jewelry industry. They will be comfortable with Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools, and able to learn new technology quickly.
In addition to bookkeeping duties, this role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote work environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records and process transactions efficiently.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Provide retail accounting support, including inventory tracking and cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) allocations.
- Assist with payroll administration and provide Bill.com support.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in a retail or e-commerce setting.
- Experience working in or with the jewelry industry is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and experience using Bill.com is required.
