Financial Professional - Part Time Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to fill a part-time role. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of billing, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Billing & Invoicing:
    • Generate accurate customer invoices on time.
    • Maintain compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
    • Document all billing records properly.
  • Accounts Payable:
    • Process supplier invoices and payments.
    • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
    • Manage payment schedules for timely disbursement.
  • Accounts Receivable:
    • Process customer invoices and payments.
    • Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments.
    • Prepare aging reports and escalate overdue accounts.
  • Debt Follow-Up:
    • Contact clients with overdue invoices via phone or email.
    • Log collection activities and customer communications.
    • Collaborate with sales or legal teams on complex or delinquent accounts.
  • Reconciliation:
    • Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and ledgers.
    • Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
  • Strong understanding of billing, AP/AR, and reconciliation processes.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
