Financial Professional - Part Time Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Financial Professional to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will involve working from home with a US offshore recruitment arrangement.

This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing to our organization's success.

Responsibilities
  • Billing and Invoicing: Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
  • Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments, reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
  • Accounts Receivable: Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments, preparing aging reports and escalating overdue accounts.
  • Debt Follow-Up: Contact clients with overdue invoices via phone or email, maintaining a log of collection activities and customer communications.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and sub-ledgers, identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar financial or accounting role.
  • Solid understanding of billing, AP/AR, and reconciliation processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
