Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team.

  • This role involves providing technical support to customers via phone, chat, or email.
  • You will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update knowledge base with new information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and enhance customer experience.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior call center experience is necessary, preferably in a work-from-home environment.
  • You should possess excellent communication and typing skills, with the ability to type 20+ words per minute.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and self-management skills are also required.
