Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team.
- This role involves providing technical support to customers via phone, chat, or email.
- You will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update knowledge base with new information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and enhance customer experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior call center experience is necessary, preferably in a work-from-home environment.
- You should possess excellent communication and typing skills, with the ability to type 20+ words per minute.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and self-management skills are also required.
