Customer Support Specialist: Bringing Customer Satisfaction to the Next Level

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will thrive in a dynamic environment while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

As a Crypto Customer Support Expert, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails
  • Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Meeting team KPIs and staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
  • Securingly handling customers' sensitive information
  • Applying the latest customer satisfaction practices
  • Maintaining working knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Communicating with developers and other departments of various IT companies

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native Dutch and English B2 communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain is essential
  • Experience providing support via live chats and CRM systems
  • Analytical and research skills
  • A positive and responsible attitude
  • A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

Additionally, having experience in technical support would be a significant asset.
