We are looking for a highly skilled customer support specialist to join our team.

Job Description

As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via chat, email, or phone. You will handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

You will also use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support. Additionally, you will stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Our ideal candidate is someone who possesses excellent written and spoken communication skills, as well as at least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.

They must be comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once, while also being empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
