Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service professional to join our team.
- Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Convert sales by offering a pleasant visitor experience and assisting with navigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage post-order inquiries such as order status, shipping info, and complaints.
- Work effectively in a remote environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
- Utilize CRM software, especially Shopify, to streamline customer support processes.
Requirements:
- At least two years of customer service experience for English-speaking clients, preferably in e-commerce.
- Excellent phone manners, active listening, and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Experience in eCommerce or retail customer service.
- Genuine care for customers.
