Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service professional to join our team.

  • Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Convert sales by offering a pleasant visitor experience and assisting with navigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage post-order inquiries such as order status, shipping info, and complaints.
  • Work effectively in a remote environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
  • Utilize CRM software, especially Shopify, to streamline customer support processes.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of customer service experience for English-speaking clients, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Excellent phone manners, active listening, and communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Experience in eCommerce or retail customer service.
  • Genuine care for customers.
