Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Professional to provide exceptional service to our clients and customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Utilize proper communication techniques to deliver great customer support for incoming calls and emails for various cases and projects.
- Effectively communicate with customers to address their needs, provide accurate information, process inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Document all interactions appropriately and adhere to established procedures as dictated by policy and guidelines.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times – comply with structured rules and regulations on the work floor.
- Attend scheduled training sessions as required.
- Perform other general tasks as necessary or required.
Key Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1 year of Customer Service experience, or Call Center experience, and desktop applications expertise.
- Effective communication and literacy skills. Ability to read scripted responses naturally, with confidence and accuracy.
- Proficient in English and Target Language.
- Able to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent computer skills with quick and accurate typing, ability to open multiple applications simultaneously, and review documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Quality Customer Service Skills.
- Able to handle escalated calls with empathy and professionalism.
- Decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
