Online Product Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to maintain and expand our growing online catalog of parts and diagrams.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze price books and parts manuals to identify and structure product information
- Add and update products and parts into the system
- Create and manage model-specific pages and link parts accurately to interactive diagrams
- Categorize parts by brand, series, product type, and subcategories
- Ensure filtering, tagging, and sorting logic is applied correctly to support customer navigation
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand brand structure and technical documentation
- Experience in eCommerce product management, content management, or catalog maintenance
- Strong organizational and categorization skills
- Proficiency in working with product databases, diagrams, and online catalogs
- Basic understanding of B2B or hardware-related industries is a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to detect small differences among thousands of parts
- A fast learner who is genuinely interested in understanding the door hardware industry
- Focused and analytical, with a proactive mindset
- Honest and dedicated to consistently delivering quality output during full work hours
