Warehouse Operations Manager

Oversee the overall warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, logistics, and personnel.

Strategically manage warehouse operations to maximize productivity, minimize costs, and optimize supply chain performance.

  • Conduct regular assessments of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, including process optimization, inventory management, and supply chain enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of warehouse operations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure warehouse performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 8-10 years total work experience focusing on warehouse operations, leadership, or related field.
  • Excellent leadership skills with strong analytical expertise to assess data and draw conclusions.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs and ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
  • Strong problem-solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  2. Oversee inventory management, including tracking and reporting stock levels, identifying inventory discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  5. Monitor and control costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
