Warehouse Transaction Coordinator


Responsibilities

Responsible in handling day-to-day transactions of the branch, including deliveries and acceptance. Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely completion of tasks.


Branch Assignment

Manila, Metro Manila region, a hub for logistics and trade.


Qualifications/Skills Required
  • A graduate degree from any reputable institution with a focus on business administration or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems efficiently, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.
  • Proficient in using computer software and systems to manage data and workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
