Talent Acquisition Associate

This role involves identifying problems, collecting data, and establishing facts to determine the fitness of candidates. The primary objective is to source and interview suitable candidates for corporate positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to identify potential candidates and assess their suitability for available roles
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Analyze data and provide insights on recruitment trends
  • Collaborate with supervisors to resolve reporting issues and improve recruitment processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree holder in a relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in volume/corporate hiring (leadership hiring is an advantage)
  • Proven track record in BPO/Shared Service/Agency recruitment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule required to meet business demands
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Will be working under direct supervision with structured guidance
