We are seeking a Head of Recruiting to lead and scale our talent acquisition efforts in a fast-paced environment.

As the cornerstone of our growth, you will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion and shaping the future of Michael & Associates.

You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies for both legal and administrative roles. This includes overseeing inbound and outbound recruiting efforts, sourcing, headhunting, and employer branding.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing recruiting teams and possess strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing recruiting teams
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Proven experience with both inbound recruiting (job postings, branding) and outbound recruiting/sourcing (headhunting, outreach)
  • Strong oral communication skills in English, with the ability to build relationships across diverse candidate pools and internal teams
  • A track record of hiring exceptional talent
