Operational Excellence Lead

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Lead to drive process improvements and standardize cross-functional processes. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Conduct thorough analysis of current processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Standardization and Documentation: Develop and maintain standardized processes and procedures.
  • Culture of Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement throughout the organization.
  • Framework Development and Maintenance: Design and implement simple, structured frameworks that enable teams to work consistently and efficiently.
  • Audit and Compliance Support: Ensure processes are properly documented and implemented.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on company-wide KPIs using dashboards and data insights.
  • Change and Project Management: Participate in change initiatives and support project management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering or Science or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools.
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design efficient solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma or Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management practices and tools.
