  • Market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the personal loan industry must be stayed up-to-date with.
  • CRM software will be utilized to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress.
  • Effective collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Sales targets must be consistently met or exceeded and team goals must be contributed to.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services, loans, or a target-driven sales environment.
  • A demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience with cash loans, personal loans, or other consumer lending products is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating different applications/software is necessary.
