We're seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST - MOBILE APPLICATION EXPERT to join our team

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned technical support professional to provide expert assistance to our customers using our bank mobile application.

As a Customer Support Specialist - Mobile Application Expert, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure prompt and effective resolution of support tickets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing top-notch technical support for the bank mobile application, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, often involving collaboration with technology partners and internal teams.
  • Working effectively under pressure to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Developing strong relationships with stakeholders, including technology partners, cross-functional teams, and end-users.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on mobile applications or digital banking.
  • Strong knowledge of ticketing systems, problem management, and incident resolution processes.
  • Experience working with technology partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation Certification, Certified Support Professional (CSP), Certified Help Desk Professional (CHDP).
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
