Health Insurance Customer Support Specialist

At Eteam Workforce Private Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Health Insurance Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve assisting sales managers and health clients with specific health insurance-related tasks.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess basic computer skills. They will also be trained on proprietary software including Conrep, Z Drive, Docusign, VG Phone service, and All Carrier Websites.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Preparing and editing census documents
- Corresponding with insurance contacts to obtain information and clarification of items
- Reading and understanding Summaries of Benefits, answering general claim inquiries
- Interacting with clients to gather documentation needed to perform health insurance transactions
- Reviewing invoices and updating clients on billing issues
- Processing enrollments/terminations/QENs/Cobra items on client portal
- Updating client files, Conrep & Z drive, as well as CSR documents (insurance contact sheet, etc.)
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension. The salary for this role is $420,000 per year ($35,000 monthly), making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in customer support.
