About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers and health providers, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • You will assist customers with various inquiries, including doctor's appointments, medicine replenishment, health insurance claims, and more.
  • Your primary goal will be to make every customer interaction a positive one, exceeding their expectations and building trust in our brand.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of high school graduation (or equivalent) is required.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred, particularly in the healthcare and BFSI sectors.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential, as you will be interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds.
