About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive sales professional to support our business growth initiatives. This role combines outbound calling with video content creation to engage prospects and communicate the value of digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to generate interest and collect email addresses from potential customers.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records for smooth workflow.
  • Produce personalized, educational screencast videos (around 10 minutes each) for prospects, following a general script while speaking naturally and confidently.
  • Gather necessary information such as competitor websites and digital marketing data before recording.
  • Upload and manage videos on a YouTube channel.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients throughout the sales process.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of cold calling experience, preferably with U.S. markets.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with a neutral or light accent preferred. Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based business owners.
  • Prior outbound calling or sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable and confident on camera, able to speak naturally without reading directly from a script.
  • Familiarity with video recording software (such as ScreenPal) and YouTube.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn and understand basic digital marketing terms (e.g., keyword research, referring domains, backlinks, Google Business Profile).
