Role Description:
- We are seeking a results-driven and self-motivated individual to join our sales team as a telemarketer. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the primary goal of achieving sales quotas.
This role is at the forefront of our growth strategy, requiring ingenuity in developing plans that propel business expansion. As a telemarketer, you will provide excellence by:
- Reaching out to existing and potential customers to present our product offerings
- Learning details about our product offerings
- Addressing customer questions and issues
- Communicating with customers to understand their requirements and needs
- Offering solutions based on clients' needs and capabilities
- Scheduling appointments between potential clients and sales directors
- Maintaining an updated customer database
- Measuring identified key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Recording calls and sales
- Presenting achievements and KPIs
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in telesales or a similar role
- A proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- Good knowledge of sales tools, including CRM software
- The ability to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
- Cool temperament and rejection resilience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
