Job Title: Call Center Collections Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a collections specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue accounts via phone and email, negotiating payment arrangements and settlements, and updating account information and payment statuses.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Experience in collections or customer service is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers regarding overdue accounts via phone and email.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Working Conditions:

  • This job operates in a professional office environment.
  • The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
