Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with expertise in credit and collection management to fill the position of Credit Collections Specialist.

This role involves ensuring accurate invoicing, credit review, and timely collection of receivables through close collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing sales invoices, analyzing customer payments, and verifying deductions. Additionally, they will grant credit to qualified customers, review credit reports, and monitor overdue accounts.

The Credit Collections Specialist will also perform periodic reviews and confirmations of AR balances to ensure timely collections. Furthermore, they will send statements of accounts, follow up on overdue balances, and coordinate with third-party collection agencies.

In this role, the candidate will be required to maintain records of credit transactions and ensure proper safekeeping of trade credit documents for future reference and audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any business-related course with relevant experience in credit and collection.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A team player with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
