Customer Service Specialist

As a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls. You will handle incoming inquiries, proactively reach out to existing customers, and promote new products and services while maintaining a professional and efficient approach.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects with renowned clients. Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Previous call center experience and residing within a reasonable distance from our office are also necessary requirements.

  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly through effective problem-solving.
  • Research and retrieve information across systems to support customer needs.
  • Document interactions and process claims accurately.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions.

Able to multitask and self-manage effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.

\Requirements\
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous call center experience.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
