About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Talent Operations Associate. This is a full-time contract role ideal for someone early in their career with a strong interest in recruiting, operations, or HR.

The successful candidate will work alongside senior recruiters to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring seamless operational workflows. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple roles and client accounts, responding to candidate inquiries, and communicating with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple roles and client accounts
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and communicate with professionalism and empathy
  • Coordinate and track email campaigns to ensure timely candidate outreach
  • Monitor candidate scheduling, reschedules, and confirmations to keep the process on track
  • Provide feedback on communication templates, scheduling processes, and campaign tools to help improve efficiency

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or admin/ops - ideally post-college and in a business setting
  • Excellent written English and comfort communicating with US-based candidates and teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - you keep things moving and nothing falls through the cracks
  • A proactive mindset - you see inefficiencies and suggest better ways to work
  • Comfortable working during US business hours (EST)
