We seek a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Resourcer to work with our US clients in the thriving Construction, Contract Furniture, and Engineering industry.

This opportunity offers a dynamic environment with comprehensive on-the-job training and personalized mentorship.

  • Establish a network of candidates within one of our construction skill verticals.
  • Participate in one-on-one mentorship programs for professional development.
  • Engage in sourcing, screening, and connecting potential candidates.
  • Assist in coordinating interviews and managing client relationships.
  • Provide quality-focused search and selection support to clients on live vacancies.
  • Support full-lifecycle recruiters on live vacancies.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in US Market recruitment, 3+ years of recruiting within Construction, Architecture, Engineering or Contract Furniture industries, and excellent communication skills.
