Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Career Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements.
  • Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution using decision-support tools and resources.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while building rapport.
  • Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner using agreed-upon procedures.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
  • Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required.
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Offer additional products or services.
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking databases.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials or more senior staff.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
  • Dependable with strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in multi-tasking, including flexibility and adaptability.
  • Tolerance for repetitive work in a high production work environment.
  • Ability to work as a team member and independently.
  • Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner.
  • Ability to rotate shifts, as needed.
