Sales Development Associate

This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

As a Sales Development Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate bid tracking, client communications, and internal coordination.

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and pricing quotes.
  • Follow up on pending bids and client inquiries to ensure timely responses.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (sales, warehouse, operations).
  • Support both offices by coordinating with regional sales leads.
  • Maintain a positive and professional first impression with all customer interactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing sales support and client communication-related tasks.
  • Documenting and managing data related to client communication, bid status, and pricing.
  • Coordinating internal efforts to align project timelines and delivery expectations.
  • Tracking order fulfillment and ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Identifying process bottlenecks and recommending improvements to increase efficiency.

Requirements include:

  • A bachelor's degree in the related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, project coordination, or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with construction timelines, product samples, or installation processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys helping others succeed.
