Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing clients' daily requests, maintaining updated data/information on accounts, and ensuring completion of all loan-related documentary requirements to assist in analyzing clients' requirements and/or credit worthiness.
  • Coordinating with concerned units regarding the appropriate management of accounts to ensure adequate delivery of bank services to clients.
  • Preparing basic analysis/evaluation of client proposals to provide inputs on their decision-making process.
  • Assisting in the preparation of Budget and Business Plans.
  • Handling customer complaints and recommending solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any Business related or accounting field.
  • Ability to multitask with strong organizational & analytical skills.
