Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food, Hotel, or Restaurant Management, or a related field is preferred;
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a leadership position within the service industry, preferably in retail, hospitality, or quick service restaurants;
  • Strong customer management orientation with the ability to make informed decisions and take actions that meet customer needs;
  • Effective people management skills, including coaching, developing, and supervising a team;
  • Knowledge of basic store operations, with the capacity to assess improvements, compliance to defined standards, sales, and profitability;
