The Tech Sales Professional role entails driving sales growth through lead generation and conversion. To achieve this, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties- Executing strategic sales initiatives to boost revenue expansion.
- Developing key accounts to enhance business relationships.
- Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and ensuring timely updates using our database.
- Carrying out all necessary sales processes via our agreed platform.
- Fostering new opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and social media engagement.
- Preparing and conducting product discussions as required.
- E nsuring proactive and responsive communication with prospective clients.
- Delivering consistent customer service levels that surpass client expectations.
- Navigating meetings with customers and actively listening to their needs.
- Coordinating resources and technical support when needed to address customer issues.
- Achieving targets and managing budgets to contribute to business profitability.
- Seeking and communicating market intelligence to the organization.
- Providing in-depth monthly reports on sales activity, customer service, and sales performance for the business unit.
- Developing annual and monthly plans to ensure the success of business goals and strategies.
- Maintaining job and product knowledge by participating in educational and learning opportunities.
- A degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience in Laboratory and B2B Sales (preferably 2 years).
- Possession of a professional license in chemistry or chemical engineering is an advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to commute or relocate: Cebu (Required).
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: ₱26,000 - ₱30,000 per month
