Acquiring Talent Acquisition Specialist

The key role of the Acquiring Talent Acquisition Specialist is to source and acquire high-caliber candidates for our fast-growing organization.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess communication skills, teamwork aptitude, and job fit for entry-level positions.
  • Administer standardized tests and assist in presenting job offers to successful candidates.
  • Identify recruitment needs across the organization and implement effective strategies to meet required staffing levels.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences by fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain overall recruitment performance metrics and goals.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in volume recruiting within a BPO setting.
  • Superior communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring targets simultaneously.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of online job portals for sourcing activities.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
