Job Title: Business Development Representative

Wing is on a mission to redefine the future of work for companies worldwide. We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in lead generation and business development. They will be responsible for establishing rapport with customers, developing positive business relationships, and acquiring potential sales leads through various channels.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Establish relationships with clients and customers to identify business opportunities.
  2. Acquire potential sales leads and their contact details from various sources.
  3. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to nurture and develop leads.
  4. Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.
  5. Research market trends, customer needs, and industry best practices to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  6. Develop and implement criteria for qualifying leads and monitor conversion rates.
  7. Perform other tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. At least 1-year of experience in a related field such as appointment setting or business development.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proficient in CRM software and online marketing channels.
  4. Familiarity with current technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
  5. Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets.
  6. Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling.
  7. Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
