Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team in delivering exceptional IT support services.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with their devices, software, or network connectivity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and effective resolution to customer complaints and requests for assistance;
  • Configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software problems;
  • Escalating complex issues to senior technicians or external vendors when necessary;
  • Collaborating with other teams to identify and resolve system-wide issues;
  • Documenting and maintaining accurate records of all interactions and resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international company;
  • Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and creatively;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
