Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as our Technical Infrastructure Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our tech stack, including CRM workflows, HR tool integrations, and other key platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4+ years of experience in Tech Ops, Systems Admin, or CRM/ATS management, and be familiar with low-code/no-code automation tools like Zapier or Make.com.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage admin setup, optimization, and user support across all key platforms.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and execute system updates or configuration changes.
  • Support Recruiting with applicant tracking logic and hiring funnel setup.
  • Use Zapier and native integrations to automate tasks and connect data across platforms.
  • Document platform usage SOPs and train internal users on new features or tools.
  • Manage permissioning, user setup, and tech hygiene for compliance.
  • Research and recommend new tools as the business scales.
About this Role:

This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from anywhere. As a Technical Infrastructure Specialist, you will thrive in no-code/low-code environments and own backend systems that create real business results.

You'll work cross-functionally with leadership, HR, sales, and recruiting to ensure our internal infrastructure is running at top speed.

  • Confident in documenting workflows and training others on system use.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented, tech-first approach.
  • Familiarity with EOS/Traction operations is a bonus.
