Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst located in Hyderabad. The IT Infrastructure Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, managing information technology systems, and maintaining efficient infrastructure operations. The day-to-day tasks include analyzing and resolving technical problems, ensuring effective communication with team members, and maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency in the IT environment.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Analytical Skills and Information Technology knowledge
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus
