Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our customer service team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting our high standards of performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Research and retrieve information across systems to support customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
  • Accurately document interactions and process claims in a timely and organized manner.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions and meet their needs.
  • Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources effectively.
  • Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members and maintain open communication channels.
  • Stay current with training, updates, and program knowledge to ensure continuous improvement and success.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous call center experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • Work from home experience is an advantage.
  • Strong command of the English language is essential.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM is required.
  • High-speed internet connection is necessary.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is expected.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems is beneficial.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up techniques.
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
