Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our customer service team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting our high standards of performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving and communication skills.
- Research and retrieve information across systems to support customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
- Accurately document interactions and process claims in a timely and organized manner.
- Guide customers through options to find the best solutions and meet their needs.
- Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources effectively.
- Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members and maintain open communication channels.
- Stay current with training, updates, and program knowledge to ensure continuous improvement and success.
- Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous call center experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Work from home experience is an advantage.
- Strong command of the English language is essential.
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM is required.
- High-speed internet connection is necessary.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is expected.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems is beneficial.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up techniques.
- Able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
