We're seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, efficient support
- Stay informed on product updates and support best practices to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
