**Business Analyst Opportunity**

About this role:

We are seeking a Commercial Business Analyst to drive commercial strategy and operational excellence. This role combines analytical capabilities with commercial acumen to optimize sales performance, pricing strategies, and cross-functional alignment.

The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics, process optimization, and AI-enabled tools to enhance decision-making. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining dashboards to track sales performance, pipeline health, and productivity; conducting root-cause analysis on win/loss trends, sales cycle efficiency, and quota attainment; implementing predictive analytics to forecast performance; integrating Gen AI solutions to enhance sales analytics and reporting automation; optimizing CRM utilization through data governance and workflow improvements; identifying and addressing performance gaps through data-driven insights; designing and documenting standardized sales processes; developing and maintaining sales enablement assets; analyzing pricing practices, discount patterns, and deal structures to maximize profitability; providing deal desk support through scenario modeling and ROI analysis; serving as liaison between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Service teams; aligning operational processes with platform objectives through data-driven recommendations; supporting monthly platform business reviews with commercial leadership using actionable insights; driving adoption of new tools, processes, and analytics methodologies; developing training programs and documentation to support organizational change; evaluating and implementing commercial technology solutions to enhance sales productivity.

To succeed in this role, you will need a business-related degree and proficiency in Power BI, HubSpot, Excel, and data visualization tools. Experience with AI applications in commercial contexts, financial acumen with experience in pricing analysis and deal structuring, proven ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights, excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, and background in business and corporate services and business process outsourcing are highly desirable.
