Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Detailer to join our team. As a Lead Modeler, you will be responsible for setting modeling standards, ensuring the quality and accuracy of models, and helping execute the project plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality structural drawings and create Revit models that meet our quality standards.
  • Perform quality checks on own work, as well as project and design modelers.
  • Execute advanced model execution with complex geometry.
  • Ensure construction documents are accurately modeled.
  • Develop special conditions and complex families.
  • Communicate effectively through presentations using 3D views.
  • Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the project team to obtain project information and ensure drawings are accurate and complete.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associates or combined education and experience.
  • Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Structural Design.
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience in structural design.
  • Experience in mid-sized structural projects.
  • Minimum 3 years of Revit experience.
  • Working knowledge of Tekla, SDS/2, and/or StrucSoft is highly preferred.
  • Strong organization, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to function independently in an autonomous environment.
