Construction Project Manager Role

This role is ideal for a skilled project coordinator seeking to advance their career in construction project management. The successful candidate will work closely with senior project managers to ensure the smooth execution of projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Support senior project managers in ensuring timely project delivery and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Plan and coordinate construction projects by creating and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of project reports, including progress updates, budget reviews, and other relevant information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including project files, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction project management, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations, as well as proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams to achieve project goals.
