Job Description

The Senior Construction Project Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic planning and execution of construction projects. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, as the individual will be responsible for managing project acquisition, bidding, and contracting processes.

To succeed in this role, one must possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance. A deep understanding of local and national building codes, labor laws, environmental regulations, and government permitting processes is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior or executive leadership role. Strong background in compliance management, permitting, and coordination with regulatory agencies is highly preferred.
