We are seeking a skilled Draftsman to coordinate with engineering partners, provide prompt customer support, and maintain organized documentation.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on residential construction projects, generating site layouts, revising plan documents, and expediting permitting processes.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to delivering exceptional work that supports our company's growth and commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities include researching plats or surveys, recreating lot lines, developing house placement options, generating site layout options, and ensuring complete and accurate agency submittals.

Additionally, the candidate will generate lot-specific drawings, revise existing plan documents, organize work for computer access, provide timely support to builders, and liaise with city/county staff.

We require an associate's degree in a related field, 2-5 years of drafting experience, and familiarity with building codes and permitting standards in WA and OR.

A strong understanding of local GIS, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, and hands-on construction experience are also desirable.
