Financial Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage financial project requests, including handling project-related correspondence and communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide updates on project status.
  • Monitor and control project expenses, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing efficiency measures as needed.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with projects, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional office environment, preferably in a finance or accounting role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
