Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, determining operational costs, and providing high-quality reports to project managers and clients.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Analyzing financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying financial data.
  • Determining the cost of operations by establishing standard costs and collecting operational data.
  • Providing operations support services, including financial reporting and data quality improvements.
  • Generating high-quality reports as required by project managers and clients.
  • Analyzing data and providing strategic recommendations.

You will also participate in project review meetings and log data into tools and applications, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of work experience; newly graduates are welcome.
  • Willingness to work day and/or midshift.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup with a stable internet connection at home.
