Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately process and manage accounts payable transactions with efficiency.

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies in all activities.

  • Reconciliation and Record-Keeping: Reconcile vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records for audits and reporting purposes.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
\

  • Support Functions: Assist the accounting team with ad hoc tasks and support monthly and annual financial closings related to accounts payable.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
\

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
\

  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial regulations, excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
